Made from the same blend as the Valpolicella Superiore this is an elegant, complex and satisfying Ripasso. Dark cherry fruit combines with wild herbs, warming Christmas cake spices and dark chocolate notes. Rich and round on the palate with ample body and smooth round tannins.

Corte Adami
The winery is run by the Adami family (2 sisters and a brother) along with some help from the previous generation in the shape of their dad and uncle. They have 36hA of vines on twin estates in Soave and Valpolicella where they work tirelessly in the vineyards to produce lovely wines at very fair prices.
