Age restrictions
It is our policy to not sell alcohol to any person under the age of 18 years of age. This is in accordance with the law. You are confirming that you are over 18 by placing an order with us. If the wine or gift you purchase is a gift for someone else, then the recipient must also be over 18 years of age.
Customer quality promise
If you are unhappy with the quality or do not like the wine that you have purchased on our website then we will refund you for the wine that has not been opened and which remains in a saleable condition on its return. (See returns policy).
Breakage
Should your wine not arrive in reasonable condition you should get in touch with us as soon as possible. If it is visibly damaged when being delivered, you should refuse to accept it and request that the wine is returned to us and we will replace it free of charge when you bring the matter to our attention. (Please see delivery information on how you can reduce the risk of breakage when ordering).
Availability of wines
As wine is a natural product, a particular wine or vintage may be unavailable. We do our best to avoid this and in the event that you order a case and a specific wine is not available, we will substitute that wine with a wine of similar or higher quality and price at no extra cost to you. If you order 6 or more bottles of the same wine, we will do our best to contact you to see if you’d like to choose a different wine or wait until the wine becomes available again. The vintages shown on the bottle photographs of the wines may not be the current vintage.
Purchases
The prices for goods displayed for sale are as displayed on the website, and are inclusive of VAT and Duty at applicable rates as of time of purchase. Additional charges include delivery fees, and fees are displayed at the Checkout section, and also on the Delivery page. All prices are in Euros, include VAT and are per bottle, per case or per item as indicated. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for typographical errors. Prices can change at short notice without prior notice. By completing and submitting the electronic order form on the site, you are offering to purchase the goods and if accepted by us will result in a binding contract.
By making the offer to purchase the goods you are also authorising Honest2Goodness Wines and any and all payment processors used by the company to pre validate the credit or debit card presented for the full value of the goods and related fees/service charges in your basket. Your card will not be charged until the offer to purchase has been accepted by Honest2Goodness Wines and the goods have been dispatched by Honest2Goodness Wines or the 3rd party acting on our behalf.
Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by email to the email address you provide on your order details. Our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us whether or you receive an email or not. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Deliveries do not take place on weekends, operating only Monday to Friday. For all orders placed between 12 noon Friday and Sunday, delivery will only take place on Tuesday.
The person receiving the goods must be 18 years of age or over. If the person delivering the goods is in any doubt as to the age of the person receiving, they reserve the right to ask for proof of age and / or retain the goods until they can be received by a person of the legal age to purchase alcohol.
Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 3 working days. We will then be able to track it for you.
At peak times, particularly Christmas, your goods may take longer to arrive. We therefore advise and ask that orders are placed as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If there are any special requirements regarding delivery we will do our best to facilitate that.
Deliveries are made during business hours, usually between 09.00hrs and 17.00hrs. Somebody must be present to take delivery and sign for the delivery. If there is no-one at home at the time of delivery, a note will be left with the courier’s contact number. You can then contact the courier directly and arrange a convenient time to receive or collect the wine. Unfortunately we are not able to arrange for deliveries outside of business hours. If you will not be at home to accept the wine, you can choose to have it delivered to another address – such as a work place. A contact number must be provided for all delivery addresses.
