Working with his father Jacky, Fabrice Gasnier knew from an early age that one day he would make the wine on this 4th generation family estate in Chinon – between the rivers Loire and Vienne. Since 2008, Fabrice and his wife Sandrine have embraced organic and biodynamic agriculture, obtaining Ecocert and Demeter certification respectively. And this is not a fashion – it is a long-term commitment to nurture the land in order to grow the best grapes possible, in order to make the best wine possible.
