Based in Lavis, Trentino Cantine Monfort is run by 4th generation winemaking Lorenzo Simoni alongside his son Federico who helps with the winemaking and daughter Chiara who works on the administration side. With steep vineyards that stretch north into the sub-Alps, the whites are capable of crispness and freshness whilst they make fragrant and elegant reds from Teroldego and Lagrein.
