Corte Adami Valpolicella DOC Superiore
A lovely smooth and rich blend of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella with part of the wine aged for 12 months in oak. Key to its richness is a period of appassimento (air drying the grapes) for a shorter period than an Amarone. Flavours of cherry and blue fruit, wild herbs and dark chocolate notes. An elegant and complex Valpolicella with added richness.

Corte Adami
The winery is run by the Adami family (2 sisters and a brother) along with some help from the previous generation in the shape of their dad and uncle. They have 36hA of vines on twin estates in Soave and Valpolicella where they work tirelessly in the vineyards to produce lovely wines at very fair prices.
