Red wine
Ulterior Graciano
A juicy but subtle wine crammed full of cherry, nutmeg, liquorice and earthy notes typical of Graciano. Normally used as a blending variety in Rioja – here the heat of the Castillan days ripens Graciano’s tannins and adds nice richness to it’s sometimes slender frame. Complex, balanced and food friendly.
