A blend of three grapes led by Gruner Veltliner. Aromas of tropical & stone fruit – melon, peach and apicots. On the palate it is greener fruit – apple and pear with a little lemon. A very pleasant experience – nice spice and minerality on the finish. Organic and only 11.5%.

Erwin Tinhof
Erwin is the 11th generation of the Tinhof family making wine in the sub-region of Leithaberg, Burgenland located in Austria’s south-east corner close to the border with Hungary. Organically certified for a number of years Erwin likes to promote indigenous grapes like Neuburger, Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt. When we met Erwin’s nephew Lukas (who assists Erwin in making the wine) we were very impressed with the fruit purity and sheer drinkability of the whites and reds.
