Producing fresher wines than Verdicchio di Jesi the area has a fantastic indigenous white grape in Verdicchio and great growing conditions to produce complex whites. Borgo Paglianetto’s wines with winemaker Angelo Carucci at the helm have received great success in the last few years – wines well worth trying if you like complex, fresh and mineral wines.
