Milena Pepe Tenuta Cavalier Pepe Opera Mia Taurasi DOCG
Known as the Barolo of the south, Taurasi is one of the fine wine areas for red in Italy’s southern half. This is a 100% Aglianico wine grown with sustainable methods from hillside vineyards and aged for 12 months in oak followed by 36 months in tank and bottle. The wine has mellowed from the ageing process and shows cherry fruit, smoke and tobacco notes and liquorice.
