One Day Wine Course – Mosaic Wines

We will be running a number of One Day Wine Courses in early 2026. This is an ideal opportunity to hone your wine knowledage and skills or to gift to a budding wine enthusiast. The courses will run on Saturdays from morning until mid-afternoon with specific dates to be advised. The course will cover the following areas:

How wines are made

How to taste wines like a professional

The main grape varieties and areas

Food and wine matching

Cost for the course will be €85 which includes all the tasting wines, lunch and any course materials.
