Monsieur Jacques Bourgogne Blanc
A sublime complex Chardonnay from Pacaud Vignerons. Made with just a little sulphur at bottling, full of fleshy white and yellow fruit, floral notes with spice and hints of nuttiness on the nose and palate. On the palate the wine is round and rich with beautiful fresh acidity and minerality.

Pacaud Vignerons
Owned and run by third generation winemakers Sebastien Pacaud and his brother. The small estate is organically certified and mostly has vineyards within the Saint Véran AOC with some small plots in Loché, Fuissé and Bourgogne AOC. The Chardonnay vines come from old low yielding plots which the brothers tend carefully, the low intervention approach continues in the cellar resulting in rich, well balanced and complex wines.
