Cost: €55/person                                                                                                                                                                               Thorsten Melsheimer is a iconic producer from the home of Riesling, the Mosel Valley. We are delighted to welcome him into our location on Botanic Avenue.

Thorsten and his goats (yes you read that correctly) farm his steep vineyards organically and biodynamically. His approach in the cellar is a low intervention with uniquely slow fermentations that can last months and months. The results are wines of great purity, energy and complexity.

We’ll taste through some of his excellent Rieslings and Sparkling wines with some food accompaniments. Thorsten is a force of nature so a good night is guaranteed! Places are limited and early booking is advisable.
