JP McMahon Pop Up @ Mosaic Wines

JP McMahon will join us for what promises to be a fantastic Japanese-inspired pop-up on Thursday March 5th. The food (see menu below) will be based on his newest restaurant Kombu, and will be accompanied by matching wines from our portfolio of organic and artisan wines. Here is the menu:

Miso Soup, cockles & pickled shimeji
Prawn cracker, yuzu mayonnaise
Tuna roll
Chicken skewers, miso ketchup
Pork Bao, black garlic mayo
Matcha tiramisu

Tickets including matching wines cost €95/person, early booking is advised as places are limited.
