JP McMahon – Aniar Restaurant Pop Up Dinner

We have a very special event coming up  – JP McMahon Chef/Patron of Michelin Star Aniar restaurant in Galway will be with us for a 6 course tasting dinner on Thursday April 17th. Aniar is a contemporary Irish restaurant focused on using local ingredients. Based in the heart of Galway’s Westend, they have held a Michelin Star for many years. The menu will be as follows:

Oyster, oyster emulsion, seaweed & sea herbs

Beef Tartare, smoked egg yolk, pepper dulse

Brioche & whipped seaweed butter

Celeriac, whey & wild garlic

Venison, beetroot, pickled blackberries, dillisk

Woodruff custard, almond crumble, bee pollen meringue

We will pair the courses with 5 of our best wines from organic & biodynamic producers across Europe. The cost for the dinner with matching wines is €145.00
