Richer and rounder than the Soave DOC and made exclusively from Garganega. Grapes grown in the highest part of the Soave Classico area. Here we have warmer yellow and stone fruit with distinct smoky and mineral notes. Fuller than medium body with a lovely round mouthfeel and a long, mineral finish.

Corte Adami
The winery is run by the Adami family (2 sisters and a brother) along with some help from the previous generation in the shape of their dad and uncle. They have 36hA of vines on twin estates in Soave and Valpolicella where they work tirelessly in the vineyards to produce lovely wines at very fair prices.
