Chateau de Crouseilles Madiran AOC

A blend of Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, the vines are old and from a single, sloped vineyard. Low yields result in a dark age-worthy wine with layers of complexity. You can expect violets, dark berry fruit together with caramel and tobacco. Given time to open up, you will notice the tannins dissipate allowing the silkiness to shine. This is a big, well-structured, balanced wine with a long and intense finish. And surprising, only 13.5% ABV due to the cooler climate of the Pyrenees.
