Chateau Bouscaut Rouge Grand Cru Classe de Graves

This is a powerful wine with years of aging potential. Depending on the vintage it is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec – which are not picked at the same time and only picked when each is ready. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel and concrete and then oak aged. Expect dark, black fruit – berries, cherries and currants with sweet spice, cream and lots of depth and complexity.
