Chateau Bouscaut Blanc Grand Cru Classe de Graves
This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from 35 year old vines on gravel and clay/limestone. It is fermented and aged in French oak, 45% of which is new, with regular stirring of the lees. This wine is simply delicious – perfectly balanced and very elegant. The oak aging gives the wine opulence and richness. A perfect partner for fish served with rich, butter based sauces. Heavenly.

Bouscaut was awarded the High Environmental Value cert in 2018.
