A super food wine with lots going on – it has typical Albarino stone fruit flavours in the mid palate and a long saline, fresh finish.

Verum Pinot Noir – Patagonia, €26.95

A juicy and fruit forward Pinot with soft supple tannins, plenty of body and hints of earthy Pinot like character. Best friends with duck and white poultry dishes.

Chateau Roland La Garde – Blaye, Cote de Bordeaux, €26.00

An organic and biodynamic Merlot dominant blend from Blaye in Bordeaux. Plush plum, cassis and smoky flavours to the fore this would be a great match with game and red meats.

Biurko Rioja Reserva – Rioja DOCa, €28.00

An organic Rioja blend from Rioja Alavesa. This is made with old vines of Tempranillo and Graciano and coming from the 2014 vintage has a nice bit of bottle age. Plenty of primary blue and red fruits with some game, leather and liquorice notes.

Conceito 10 year-old Tawny Port – Douro Valley, €37.00

Made by up and coming young winemaker Rita Marques, this 10 year old Tawny would be a great partner with most Christmas desserts. Lots of fig, caramel and Christmas spice notes.
