A blend of Xinomavro from Naoussa and Mandilaria from Santorini. This has a bit more flesh on the bones due to some air-drying of the Xinomavro. It has lots of vibrant purple fruit allied to red fruit with some liquorice and earthy notes. On the palate it is medium to full bodied and dances across the palate with smoothness and suppleness.
