Operated and run by Veronica along with her mother and father on their 5hA organic estate producing only 25,000 bottles per year. We visited Veronica on a hot torrid August day a few years back and we were really impressed with the character and individuality in her wines. The winery is based in Pesquera, a hotbed for quality Ribera del Duero production. The family farms low producing old vines without pesticides and only use natural fertilizers. The wines are pure and natural with wild yeast fermentation and a tiny amount of sulphur added at bottling.
